In the beginning, God created... |

THE GREATEST LOVE STORY EVER Quoted Scripture is from the King James Version
Humanity’s greatest desire is to know God, their Creator. If you are seeking Him or desire to better understand humanity’s relationship with God, please read this page.
The Bible tells the greatest love story ever! It is the story of God (the Creator of the world, the whole universe, and all things), who in His infinite love, created humanity with whom to share His love and creation. One of the greatest miracle is that matter exists. Only God could create something out of nothing!
True love allows one to have freedom. God in His infinite wisdom allows all people the freedom to choose whether or not to follow God; unfortunately, many turn from rather than to God.
True love also allows a way of forgiveness. God allows each person to unite with Him when having a truly repentant heart of his/her sins and asking God into his/her life.
God came to earth in human form as His Son, Jesus Christ. John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Jesus lived a perfect life as a man on earth and shed His innocent blood, dying on the cross as the ultimate unblemished substitute sacrifice for our sins. He then conquered death by rising from the grave. Sin causes death; therefore, death could not hold Jesus because He is 100% righteous (without sin). When we ask Jesus into our lives, His 100% righteous spirit lives in us, saving us from spiritual death.
God reveals Himself to everyone sometime in their life. It may be as simple as you knowing there is a God because of a beautiful sunset you have seen. It is your choice whether or not to ask God into your life. Romans 1:20 says, "For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse."
The Bible and its message of Jesus providing salvation for all of us gives us the knowledge we need to understand God's love for us and his wonderful plan of salvation. Perhaps you have already felt God touching your life, but have not understood the message of Jesus. Jesus says in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
Each and everyone of us can ask God into our lives. God only asks that we be repentant of our sins and believe Jesus Christ is God’s son. God indwells us through His Holy Spirit when we become Christians (believers in Christ). Without the Holy Spirit, sin separates us from God. Romans 3:23 tells us, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” I John 1:9 promises, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” Romans 10:9 says, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
It is each person’s choice whether or not to be a child of God. If you do not know God, hopefully you will ask Him into your life, even at this moment, and become part of God’s family. All you must do is realize you are a sinner, ask God to forgive you of wrong doings, and invite him into your life. Ephesians 2:8-9 says, "For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast."
Once you have asked God into your life, it is important to grow from a spiritual baby into a spiritual adult. Talk to God throughout the day about anything; He wants to be your closest companion. Read the Bible often, asking God to speak to you through His Word. Fellowship and worship with other believers. You will want to find a church where you can worship and serve Him in your community. Enjoy the abundant life of knowing God!
